Return Timeframe: You can return or exchange products within 7 days of receipt. Request Window: Please initiate your return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the item. Condition of the Item: For a successful return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary. Return Method: Pickup Service with Restocking Fee: We offer a convenient pickup service for returns. A restocking fee of Rs 50 will be applied, deducted from your refund to support our eco-friendly initiatives and cover the environmental costs of the return process. Refund Policy: Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned items. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds. Sale Items: We do not offer refunds for outfits purchased during sales. Only size exchanges are possible.

Shipping & Delivery Times

A. Normal Conditions: We aim to ship your order within 1 or 2 days from the time of receiving your order. Our standard delivery times are: 

Metro and big cities: 2-3 days 

Smaller cities: 3-4 days

Towns and villages: 4-5 days

Eastern states: 6-7 days

Note: Please add 1-2 extra days during festival times and public holidays.

B. Extreme Conditions: In the event of any disruption to courier service due to any reason, we will ship once our courier services are up and running again. Disruptions could be an extreme weather event, natural calamities, strikes, riots, shutdowns or any such act. Delivery time could get extended to 25-30 days or beyond. 

Domestic Shipping Charges

As of january 2024 we are offering free forward shipping on all orders within India. If there's any change in policy, we will be providing sufficient advance notice.

International Shipping Charges

International shipping is available at an additional charge that will be borne by you. You will be responsible for all custom import duty charges that are applicable to your country.
