Return & Refund Policy

Return Timeframe: You can return or exchange products within 7 days of receipt.

Request Window: Please initiate your return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Condition of the Item: For a successful return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.

Return Method:

Pickup Service with Restocking Fee: We offer a convenient pickup service for returns. A restocking fee of Rs 150 will be applied, deducted from your refund to support our eco-friendly initiatives and cover the environmental costs of the return process.

Refund Policy:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned items.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds.
• Sale Items: We do not offer refunds for outfits purchased during sales. Only size exchanges are possible.
