Follow these Simple Steps to Return Your Purchase: 

1. Check Return Eligibility

Timeframe: Ensure your return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Initiate return during 48 hours of the product.

Condition: With original tags and packaging intact. If product seal is broken no return & exchange possible Tags must be included and unbroken. Please head to our Returns/Exchange Portal in order to place a return/exchange request.

2. Submit a Return Request

Visit our Portal and log in using your order ID and email. Select the item(s) you wish to return and share your reason for the return.

3. Prepare the Package

Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a sturdy box.

4. Send It Back

Pick-up Service: For our customers we offer a free doorstep pick-up service.

Once the item is received we will initiate refund

Refund to Original Payment Method: Credited within 7–10 business days
